ZHP-670D two layers plastic sheet
extruding machine was designed and made by
absorbing and digesting advanced
technology at home and abroad . It is
mainly used toproduce plastic sheet of PP ,PE
,PS,ABS,HIPS,they are the
materials for making beverage mugs,
icecream cups ,jelly cups, and other packing
containers.
STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS:
1.Good moulding ,equal sheet thickness
and constant flowing speed due to large L/D ratio
of the extrusion
unit.
2.Srew,die head and drum are made of high
quality of alloy steel with optimum hardness,
strong corrosion
resistance and long operation life after
nitrogen treatment.
3.Advanced net-electriclly-changed device
in the die head results in easy operation and high
production
efficience.
4.It is a more reasonable technics to
adopt three-roller structure,it improve the quality
of sheet.
5.Adopt advanced frequency converter to
be easy to adjust the linear speed of oblique three
rollers and
drive.
